CrossFit can be a surprisingly humbling experience. Embrace it, and learn.


"Can't" is not in our vocabulary.

It's a negative word that sounds like a defeatist attitude. We can scale any movement and/or weight to something that you CAN do… be ready to surprise yourself.


Sign up for class.

Reserve your spot ahead of time on our App, and cancel ahead of time if you can't make it.


Be on time.

If you are early, you are on time. If you are on time, you are late. If you are late, you can't participate! This has to do with safety and respect. When you miss all or part of the warm-up, you are putting your body at higher risk of injury. Additionally, the Coach has to stop and catch you up with what you have missed.  


Introduce yourself to newcomers.

We are all about relationships. We are here to workout, but also to have fun and deal with others. Get to know people around you.


Ask questions.

This applies to questions about the workout and movements, as well as injuries that you might be dealing with. Don't be afraid to ask - we are here to help.

Integrity first.

What your time was on the workout, or how much weight you lifted is not important, as long as you are in here giving your best effort. Hold yourself to a high standard. Do your best and maybe a little more every time you workout with us.

When you finish, cheer everyone else on.

You are NOT finished with your workout until everyone else is done. We are a community and we stick together.

Clean up when EVERYONE is done.

You got it out, you put it where it belongs in an organized fashion. Clean up your sweat, chalk, and any other mess you've made. But always WAIT until everyone is finished with the workout to do so.

Will I be okay if I'm a beginner or not already in shape?

Don’t worry! We welcome beginners and have a lot of them. We look after all our first timers in every class.

To make the most of your first class, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early so we can explain the workout and introduce you to your instructor.


What can I expect from your gym?  

We like to have fun and we like helping people reach their goals. Every class involves a lot of laughs, instruction, and an intense but rewarding workout. We strive to make our gym a space where you go to connect and feel like you are part of something greater. That’s our community!

What makes your place different?  

Most people join a gym to exercise and change their appearance. What our members soon realize is that our training program affects them on a much deeper and fulfilling level. Also, working out in a nice Air Conditioned and clean facility is definitively better than ''roughing it out' in a dusty and hot Warehouse.  

I'm not sure I am ready for CrossFit.  

You are! There are more misconceptions about CrossFit than there is room on this website to list. Come see for yourself, we promise you will love it.

Will I get big doing CrossFit?   

It depends on your goals. No one gets big accidentally and diet plays a large role in whether you gain weight or lose it. CrossFit will help you lean down and get stronger, but that doesn't mean you will get bulky.

Will weight training really help me lose weight and get fit?

Yes. All day long. We combine weight training and cardio to keep the heart rate elevated with intense bursts throughout the workout. When it comes to weights, we believe in continuous high repetition lifting with medium to heavy weights, depending on the exercise.

This means you’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolism by up to 15 percent; so, you’re burning calories even after you leave. Translation: you’ll lose fat and keep it off. It’s what we call the “after burn.”

When you build a foundation of firm muscle, the metabolic boost melts away the fat on top and since muscle takes up less space than fat, you’re left with a leaner, slimmer, firmer, and sexier physique.

​I have injury x, y, z, can I still train with you?  

Of course! Our coaches are more than capable of providing proper scaling, prehab and rehab for current and past injuries.

​Do I have to be a good runner?

No. Our runs are minimized to the necessary, and they are always done in intervals... because you can do anything for just a few minutes at a time! That’s the great thing about running as a cardio exercise. Everyone can do it, but most people just need to warm up to the idea. It’s not always easy — you need to have a bit of faith in yourself and take it slowly while you get used to it. 

​Should I eat anything before the workouts?

Absolutely! You should never workout on an empty stomach. Prior to attending any workout, grab a nutritious snack such as a hardboiled egg, a piece of fruit, or even a protein bar! Follow your Nutrition regimen but energize yourself.

How long will it take to see results?

If you are going 3-4 times a week, you should start to see & feel a change in your body in 2 weeks. Your loved ones will probably see a difference in 5 weeks, and your friends (the observant ones, and the ones who have a crush on you) will probably notice in 2 months.

But you will notice a psychological change almost immediately. You’ll feel better about yourself; you’ll be more motivated to work out, and seeing the heads whipping around as you stroll by doesn’t exactly hurt your ego.

​What should I eat after class?

Protein, protein, and more protein! And in case the fourth time’s a charm… protein! Which is why we have a Fuel Bar set up with a menu of delicious shakes full of healthy ingredients that will totally check this box. Why? When you work your muscles hard, you are breaking down muscle and you need amino acids to repair them. This is what tones your body. More muscle means a faster metabolism, which means more calorie burn throughout the day, even when you’re not moving. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

Our Facilty


We have 5,000 Square Feet entirely Air Conditioned (we love to sweat, but it gets very hot in Florida), with separate and dedicated workout areas.

A beautiful, clean and safe environment arranged to accommodate the best workouts our athletes can hope for.

We also have a lounge section with products Store and Energy Bar, because after a hard workout the body needs to be replenished to recover faster and get better results.

You can be assured that a coach will always be present on the floor, guiding you through your warm-up and workout.

Coaches are available for you to ask questions, and will be giving you feedback and encouragement during your workout. 

 We are passionate about teaching how to do things right, perform movements correctly over and over with little to no weight, and then and only then, encouraging heavier weights or a faster pace.

 This gym has been a game changer for me! Not only do I feel physically better, but I found my love for being active again. The main thing that sets this Crossfit apart from everywhere else is the camaraderie - everyone is so supportive and helps each other finish their sets... I just felt equal. The gym is extremely clean and there are lockers for you to put your private belongings in. There are two large bathrooms that are always kept clean - the entire facility is pristine. You have ample parking available, as well. There are enough bikes, rowers and weights for everybody. The coaches are well-trained and they care about your posture and form. I highly recommend this gym!

    I began working out at Crossfit Psycho, as a start for my "lifestyle change" journey.  The coaches and community have played a HUGE role in my progress. At this point, I have lost almost 20 pounds and gained a lot of muscle and a TON of confidence! I was overweight and struggling to keep up with my two little boys. Today, I can easily keep up with my kiddos and, thanks to C.P., I have learned new, fun skills like double under jump roping (something I have never in my entire life been able to do!!!).  The two things that make this place successful (in my opinion) are the coaches and the community. Nico and his team of coaches are incredibly patient, talented, and experienced teachers. They work with you throughout the process, encourage you, and are always willing to modify the workout to fit your individual needs. The community here is incredible. I have never found a gym that feels like a family. Everyone is so encouraging and accepting. It makes working out fun, while also providing some accountability (you are not a nameless face here - people will notice when you miss a workout and send some encouragement your way!).  Crossfit Psycho has become a very important part of my day to day routine and my journey towards a healthy and satisfying life. They're awesome - give them a try!!!

 CrossFit Psycho is the 6th CrossFit "box" I've been to in around 6 years of CrossFitting, and it's my favorite by far. Every box has its positives and negatives but C.P. truly has been positive for me so far. I suggest you come by and verify! ;)
The community is welcoming and friendly - there's no judgment here... I don't feel like I have to prove myself athletically to be accepted. You know how since day 1 the popular kids could make or break your experience? That's never an issue at C.P.
The programming ROCKS. There's a great balance between strength and conditioning. I love to lift so when I say even burpees and running are fun here, something is definitely different ya know? 

And to risk being annoying about it, I've gotta give major kudos to the community. I always feel part of the team here - I can be really socially awkward and put people off if they're too "normal" (whatever that means), so that's important to me.

  I was worried about my fitness level, but the Coaches have been helping me getting better, and better. I still have a lot of 'extra cushion' to loose, but I am on the right path. With these workouts and the helpful Nutritional advice I am getting - I will be in good shape soon. I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, and my goal of 30 looks now possible.
